**Job Summary**

Empresa Reconocida is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solutions Architect to join our team. As a key member of our pre-sales team, you will be responsible for working closely with sales teams to analyze customer needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Support sales teams in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Qualify customer requirements and develop solutions to meet their needs
  • Provide product demonstrations and create sales collateral to aid in the sales process
  • Work closely with customers to build trust and credibility
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity

**Requirements**

  • Expertise in B2C billing, including OCS
  • Experience with CPQ and O2C processes and platforms
  • Knowledge of CRM platforms, including ticketing and product catalog
  • Understanding of interconnect billing, roaming billing, and mediation
  • Ability to analyze complex business needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
