Senior Medical Writer

As a Senior Medical Writer, you'll play a critical role in bringing our Mission to life by delivering high-quality medical and scientific writing that meets the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' needs and requirements, ensuring that our writing meets their expectations.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather information, provide input, and ensure seamless communication.
- Write and edit complex clinical and scientific documents, including clinical study reports, study protocols, and regulatory submissions.
- Review and provide feedback on documents prepared by junior team members, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Develop and maintain best practices, methods, and techniques for achieving optimal results, including client-specific processes.
- Represent the department at project launch meetings, review meetings, and project team meetings.
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent, with advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in medical writing, with a strong background in clinical trials and regulatory submissions.
- Excellent data interpretation and medical writing skills, including grammatical, editorial, and proofreading skills.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including problem-solving, negotiation, and communication.
- Significant knowledge of global, regional, national, and other document development guidelines.
