Job Title: Senior Project Manager - Product Engineering

Job Summary:

Ekkiden is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our product engineering projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the development of new products from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery, and meeting customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Design and Validation:
    • Develop and implement product design strategies that meet customer needs and comply with HSE requirements.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design for manufacturing and assembly.
    • Manage product validation processes, including functional, geometry, and cosmetic quality checks.
  • Project Management:
    • Define project scope, goals, and timelines, and ensure alignment with company objectives.
    • Develop and manage project budgets, including resource allocation and cost tracking.
    • Lead project teams, including engineers, designers, and other stakeholders, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Budget Management:
    • Develop and manage project budgets, including resource allocation and cost tracking.
    • Ensure product PRU commitment for design relevant criteria.
    • Track perimeter changes and report to the PM, proposing adjustments and modifications as needed.
  • Continuous Improvements:
    • Participate in capitalization and productivity actions to improve processes and efficiency.
    • Contribute to investment optimization through part design.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, or Master's degree with relevant experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product engineering project management.
  • Strong knowledge of product design, development, and validation processes.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
