RMC Asia is seeking talented individuals to join its Cultural Exchange Programs at luxury hotels and resorts in Asia. As a Food and Beverage Management Trainee, you will have the unique opportunity to work directly with seasoned experts and gain valuable experience in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

As a Food and Beverage Management Trainee, you will be responsible for:

  • Learning the workings of the hotel's restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service
  • Assisting in the day-to-day operations of various F&B outlets within the hotel
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly
  • Participating in the recruitment, training, and supervision of F&B staff
  • Monitoring and maintaining high standards of food and beverage quality
  • Enforcing health and safety standards in all F&B areas
  • Identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions

Requirements

To be eligible for this program, you must:

  • Be at least years old
  • Be enrolled in a Bachelor's degree, Postgraduate, or Master's program
  • Have a minimum of 12 months of related work or internship experience
  • Have a relevant major of study
  • Provide a school, college, or university reference letter
  • Be fluent in English
  • Be well-groomed and have a pleasant personality
  • Have a clean criminal record
  • Not have a history of drug abuse
  • Have a minimum of 6 months passport validity
