About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to join our team at Microsoft. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in enabling our customers to achieve their goals through strategic investments in Microsoft technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Insights: Gather customer insights from a broad range of stakeholders to shape and form both the definition and ongoing execution of projects.
  • Industry Trends: Anticipate industry trends and leverage insights to influence long-term technology strategy.
  • Technical Governance: Collaborate with the Project Manager to jointly drive project/technical governance of the design, build, and deployment into use of proof of concepts and pilots.
  • Business Value: Work with customers to understand and demonstrate business value that the business solution realizes.
  • Risk Management: Anticipate, identify, categorize, and communicate business and technical risks, and define risk mitigation activities.
  • Thought Leadership: Develop a deep network of internal/external relationships with senior-level decision makers at high-impact customers/partners to build influence in addressing problems/blockers and facilitating additional views on the matter of interest.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: Experience in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting, and/or technology domain.
  • Technical Skills: Technical sales experience, project management experience, and technical or professional certification in domain.
