Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Director to lead our global IT operations, driving innovation, and fostering productivity. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our IT infrastructure, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement IT strategy aligned with business goals
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a global IT team
  • Foster innovation and continuous improvement
  • Manage IT budgets and resource allocation
  • Oversee global IT infrastructure, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability
  • Select and manage IT vendors, negotiating contracts for best value and security
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry standards
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in IT management roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud services, and cybersecurity best practices
  • Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, AWS, and other enterprise IT systems
