We are seeking a skilled Technical Product Manager to join our Finance team. As a key member of our Digital business, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end technical product solutions that meet the needs of our Finance business capability.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with Business Stakeholders and TT Business Partners to analyze demand, propose solutions, and deliver projects.
- Analyze and refine requirements for delivering technology services to business.
- Design and implement Finance system solutions that meet quality, performance, security, and business requirements.
- Manage project teams in different locations and drive end-to-end technical product delivery.
- Ensure IT services align with business strategy, objectives, requirements, standards, and regulations.
- Identify and qualify new demand and steer proposals through early phases of approval.
- Contribute to multi-year, large-scale product roadmaps for key finance processes with significant impact on Novartis financial results.
- Provide IT consulting to capability stakeholders, educate them on IT processes and methodologies, and drive adoption of global solutions.
- Communicate complex data insights to leadership to drive action.
- University working and thinking level, degree in technical computer science or information security area or comparable education/experience.
- 8+ years of relevant professional IT experience in the related functional area.
- Deep technical and operational expertise with IT technologies like SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BI/BW, Embedded BPC, SAP BW/4HANA, Snowflake, DB design/modeling, Databricks Airflow, Bitbucket, and AWS.
- Strong experience in data architecture, data modeling, data integration, data access and security, master and reference data management, data quality, metadata management, documentation, and contents.
- Expert experience with Agile Methodologies and cloud-based Data Warehouse and Data Lake environments.
