We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our cross-functional team, delivering software solutions for airline operations systems from conception to operation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate solution options and collaborate with stakeholders to define and articulate business needs.
  • Use deep understanding of TUI products and systems to plan and deliver high-quality business analysis.
  • Define and document new business, user, and system requirements, considering impacts to upstream/downstream services.
  • Manage the requirement lifecycle from planning through to elicitation, testing, delivery, and business acceptance.
  • Support software operation/management as 2nd-level support, including incident analysis, incident management, and configuration requests.
  • Keep documentation of applications up to date.
About You
  • Extensive experience in IT-system design and requirements management, preferably in airline or tourism sectors.
  • Proficiency in agile development methods and project management.
  • Strong analytical skills for comprehending and communicating complex problems to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in creating, analyzing, and validating detailed functional specifications and system design elements.
  • Skilled in requirements elicitation techniques such as BPM, UML, test/use cases, and prototyping.
  • Software proficiency: MS Office, Jira, Confluence, and AWS cloud solutions.
  • Fluent in English, with advanced communication skills for interdisciplinary and international teamwork.
