Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at ILERWORK, a dynamic and fast-growing company in the real estate development sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Budget and Resource Management: Manage project budgets, allocate resources effectively, and control costs.
  • Risk and Quality Management: Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring high-quality deliverables and customer satisfaction.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
  • Progress Monitoring and Reporting: Track project progress, adjust plans as needed, and document key metrics.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Project Management or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate development project management in Spain.
  • Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple projects, delivering on time and within budget. Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial management. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft 365; experience with Asana is preferred. Certification as a technical architect is a plus.
