We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solutions Architect to join our team at Selectia Solutions. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in shaping our technology strategy and driving innovation in the payments and cash management space.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement functional architecture for projects, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical strategy.
- Review and validate designs produced by engineering teams, providing guidance and patterns to ensure sustainable solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and deliver strategic objectives and roadmaps, driving change and innovation.
- Manage multiple projects, applying planning and organizing concepts and best practices to ensure successful delivery.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of corporate banking, payments, and cash management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with experience in architecture design and documentation.
- Proven track record of defining and documenting pragmatic architectures that balance business requirements with functional and technical strategy.
- Experience working with stakeholders to help define and deliver strategic objectives and roadmaps.
- Passionate about driving and leading change, with a strong sense of initiative and a 'can do' attitude.
- Working knowledge of the BIAN framework, TOGAF, ArchiMate, and the C4 model.
- Experience using architecture tools such as Avolution Abacus.
- Knowledge and experience of AWS and Cloud Architectures.
- Knowledge and experience of APIs and microservices.
- Team player with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Pragmatic and results-oriented, with a strong sense of adaptability.
- Excellent time management and productivity skills.
