Key Responsibilities:
- System Administration and Support: Oversee the ERP environment, including its setup, configuration, and ongoing maintenance. Provide technical assistance to resolve user issues promptly and conduct training sessions to ensure users can effectively utilize the ERP system.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with operational teams to identify process requirements and challenges. Develop and implement strategies to optimize operations, enhance productivity, and support business expansion.
- Data Management and Quality Assurance: Safeguard the accuracy and integrity of data within the ERP system. Establish data controls, validation protocols, and conduct regular audits to uphold data quality. Employ SQL for advanced data management and analytical tasks.
- Customization and Integration: Tailor and configure the ERP system to address specific operational needs. Integrate with other business systems and applications to improve functionality and data flow. Utilize SQL and Microsoft Power Apps for custom reporting and data visualization.
- Project Leadership: Lead and manage various projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and the deployment of new features. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery.
- Reporting and Analytics: Create and maintain operational reports and dashboards, leveraging Power BI and SQL to provide insights and analytics that support informed decision-making and performance evaluation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 7-8 years of experience managing SAGE ERP systems, with a strong emphasis on manufacturing operations.
- Proficiency in SQL and SSRS for data management, reporting, and analytics.
- Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing, finance, and accounting processes.
- Exceptional project management and leadership capabilities.
- Thorough knowledge of ERP best practices, customization, and configuration.
- Expertise in data migration and integration methodologies.
