Food and Beverage Operations Manager

El F&B Manager es responsable de la operación de restaurantes y bares del hotel. Coordina y supervisa de forma directa la ejecución de las tareas para la implantación de la oferta de comida y bebida estándar definida por Hotel Services en su hotel. Asegura la calidad del servicio y busca implementar iniciativas que eleven la experiencia del cliente.
Responsabilidades clave- Control de la operativa de restaurantes y bares.
- Realizar seguimiento de los KPI's del departamento: coste materia prima, organización del personal y control de coste social, seguimiento de pedidos,...
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares de F&B definidos por Hotel Services en su hotel y de la implantación de la oferta gastronómica de la zona, asegurando consistencia en el servicio, la más alta calidad en los procedimientos ejecutados y el cumplimiento del formato de presentación y servicio.
- Gestión económica de los diferentes outlets. Participa en la creación del presupuesto y realiza su seguimiento para velar por su cumplimiento y justificar desvíos del mismo.
- Liderazgo y formación del equipo de restaurante y bares.
- Control del cumplimiento de las regulaciones en materia de seguridad y Salud.
- Estudios universitarios en Turismo, Hostelería o Gestión del área de Alimentación y Bebidas.
- Experiencia previa de al menos 3 años en puestos similares de alta responsabilidad en el área de Alimentación y Bebidas.
- Muy Valorable conocimientos de REVO, y manejo de TPV.
- Manejo avanzado del paquete Office.
- Capacidad de trabajo en equipo, orientación al servicio, Calidad y profesionalidad, visión global y estratégica y comunicación e influencia como competencias clave.
