Job Purpose
The Pricing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing Vueling's pricing strategies to maximize revenue throughout the network. This will involve working closely with the Revenue Management (RM) teams to ensure that pricing strategies are aligned with business objectives.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead pricing projects to ensure successful execution and implementation of pricing strategies
- Conduct pricing-related analysis to identify opportunities for revenue growth and process improvements
- Develop and maintain knowledge of fare filing, pricing rules, and other technical elements of the pricing ecosystem
- Collaborate with other revenue teams to identify and analyze initiatives that impact pricing
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Knowledge of Excel, Python, or SQL is required
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. +1 years of progressive experience in pricing or commercial functions.
Language Skills
Spanish C1, English B2
