Job Summary:

As a Group Internal Auditor at Devoteam, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of our internal audit processes. Your primary responsibility will be to design and implement audit plans, conduct risk assessments, and provide recommendations for improvement to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in meetings with local management to discuss audit findings and current year situation.
• Perform sample testing to detect potential fraud or discrepancies.
• Conduct analytical reviews to understand non-recurring items.
• Prepare internal audit reports and present findings to senior management.
• Make recommendations for best practices to avoid fraud and improve internal controls.

Transaction Services:

• Participate in audits and technical analyses of acquisitions, earn-outs, carve-outs, and disposals.
• Conduct opening balance reviews and participate in financial due-diligences.
• Prepare due-diligence notes and reports, and present findings to senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business or finance, or master's degree in a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in internal audit or a related field.
• Strong skills in accounting and finance, with proficiency in Excel and SAP FC.
• Fluency in English, with strong communication and analytical skills.
• Strong adaptability and teamwork skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information:
