About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious graduate to join our team as a Partner Managed Print Services (MPS) Business Development Graduate for the SEMA (Southern Europe, Middle East, and Africa) region. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and developing our Partner Managed Print Services business.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the achievement of our financial objectives, including Total Contract Value, Revenues, Controllable Margin, and Predictability.
- Coordinate the introduction of new services with the local Business Development Manager.
- Collaborate with Sales on Partner training and onboarding.
- Act as a deal coordinator for new opportunities from proposal to TCV recognition.
- Nurture Partner relationships and identify opportunities for growth.
- Analyze Partner landscapes and financial performance, and identify corrective actions.
- Gather insights from Partners and provide input into product development.
- Act as a liaison between Partners and Operational teams for escalations.
- Participate in employee engagement initiatives.
Requirements
- Typically no working experience.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field is mandatory.
- Knowledge of the IT and services industry.
- Basic organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Fluent or native Spanish and English are required.
