About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Product Manager to join our team. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for identifying the most impactful opportunities to solve real customer problems and drive business growth. Your mission will be to design an actionable strategy and vision for your squad, lead them to understand our customers' jobs and identify the main pain points that prevent them from achieving them, and collaborate with other teams to take our product to the next level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement a product strategy that aligns with our company goals and objectives
  • Lead a squad to understand our customers' needs and identify opportunities to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver high-quality products
  • Define requirements, participate in discovery, oversee delivery, and own the success metrics of all product initiatives
About You

We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual with at least 4 years of experience as a Product Manager with SaaS products. You should be passionate about your job and product culture, a team player who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, and able to communicate effectively with your team and stakeholders. You should also have great communication skills in English, both written and oral.
