Pacific International Executive Search is seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead our client's financial strategy and integration efforts. As a key member of the executive team, you will be responsible for driving financial growth, managing budgets, and overseeing financial due diligence processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Align financial strategies with the company's overall business objectives, focusing on growth in digital and service sectors.
  • Create and manage comprehensive budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to support business growth and M&A activities.
  • Lead financial due diligence processes, assessing potential acquisition targets and evaluating their financial health.
  • Develop and execute integration plans for newly acquired companies, ensuring smooth financial and operational transitions.
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Ensure adherence to local, national, and international financial regulations and standards.
  • Manage capital expenditure, ensuring investments are aligned with strategic objectives and yield expected returns.
  • Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as IT, operations, and sales, to support digital and service initiatives.
  • Communicate financial insights and strategies to stakeholders, including senior management, board members, and investors.
  • Utilize data analytics to drive insights and support decision-making processes in digital and service areas.
Qualifications/Requirements:
  • 10 years of experience in finance overseeing all financial aspects.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in finance - MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with people leadership.
  • Knowledge of US GAAP, Spanish GAAP.
  • Experience of leading multiple, large-size projects and M&A.
  • Experience within matrix, digital IT/Software development and service companies.
  • Proficiency in coaching, people development, change management.
  • Ability to travel.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, additional languages are a plus.
