Senior Delphi Developer for Point of Sales Software

SIHOT India Private Limited, an extension of GUBSE AG in India, is seeking a skilled Senior Delphi Developer to join our team. With over 35 years of experience in the hotel technology sector, we have established our hotel management system SIHOT as a leading brand. Our team is represented by employees from 15 nations, and we are proud of our international presence.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance of POS application:
    Coordinate with the support team, understand the issue, and provide resolutions for issues.
  • Development of new features:
    Develop new features and integrate them with other applications.
  • Improving the application:
    Enhance the application with the latest technologies and trends.
Your Profile:
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years
  • BE/BTech in domains CSE, IT, or ECE
  • Clear understanding of Delphi programming with knowledge of VCL
  • Understanding of the software development cycle
  • Knowledge about database design and SQL statements
  • Knowledge about design patterns and their application is advantageous
  • Experience with Delphi XE6 or Delphi 10.3 is advantageous
  • Knowledge about FireDAC, Fire Monkey, Fast Reports, and IP communication is advantageous
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English for effective communication
  • Ability to work with other team members and module owners
  • Aptitude and attitude to learn and adapt as per the needs
