As a Validation and Integration Manager/Lead, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our HW & SW solutions based on Thales components, leveraging state-of-the-art Biometric products and algorithms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement validation and integration strategies, test plans, and schedules.
  • Coordinate and test E2E solutions by integrating SW/HW components from other teams towards successful deployment on production environments.
  • Collaborate with developers to reproduce, identify, and isolate issues.
  • Develop and maintain documentation and procedures required.
  • Participate in customer acceptances, deployments, trainings, and demos.

Requirements:

  • More than 5 years of proven experience in:
  • Create validation and integration strategy, test plans, and schedules.
  • Coordinate integration of SW components from different teams.
  • Build and test End-to-End integrated solutions.
  • Reporting and KPI follow-up, including optimization of planning to meet deadlines.
  • Participation in meetings/demos/acceptances/deployments/trainings with customers.

Desirable:

  • Experience with API testing and Web Services SOAP/REST.
  • Non-functional testing (performance, load, etc.) using JMeter, Postman, or SOAP UI.
  • HW & SW components integration (cameras, readers, etc).

We're looking for a creative, passionate, and detail-oriented individual who is well-organized, committed, and a team player. Fluency in English (B2+) is a must.
