**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sourcing Manager to join our Procurement team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with owners, business units, and internal stakeholders to drive effective sourcing and procurement strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute sourcing projects aligned with our portfolio strategy, including defining project goals, timelines, roles, and responsibilities.
  • Apply contemporary methods and innovative approaches to sourcing, such as total cost of ownership, e-Auctions, should-cost models, and raw material index agreements.
  • Develop comprehensive implementation and communication plans with stakeholders and end-users.
  • Ensure involvement of all organizations and individuals impacted by sourcing projects.
  • Quantify and document results, including satisfaction, engagement, and performance metrics.
  • Develop and execute negotiation strategies to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Develop and deploy standard reporting for key stakeholders, including satisfaction, engagement, and performance metrics.
  • Maintain deep category expertise across indirect spend categories and stay up-to-date on market innovations.
  • Provide stewardship of strategic sourcing policy and solution compliance throughout the organization.
  • Produce and analyze regional performance reports and dashboards, as well as function financial tracking.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Business Process Management, Analytics, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, management consulting, advisory, or professional services, with a demonstrated track record of results and increasing level of responsibility.
  • Strong drive for people management and change management, with a high degree of resilience and self-motivation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment and collaborate across geographic and organizational boundaries.
