Key Responsibilities- Design and Architecture: Collaborate with your team to design and architect scalable and future-oriented solutions.
- Development and Delivery: Lead the development of the solution, actively participating in back-end, front-end, and testing efforts.
- Automation and Deployment: Drive the automation of testing and deployment processes using CI/CD pipelines.
- Product Ownership: Take ownership of our product end-to-end, ensuring smooth operation and support in production environments.
- Talent Development: Recruit, nurture, and mentor team members to foster a strong and capable engineering team.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with cross-functional teams to lead and contribute to company-wide initiatives.
- Leadership Experience: Proven ability to lead and manage engineers, with a track record of successfully managing engineers in back-end, front-end, and QA specializations.
- Technical Expertise: A deep passion for technology, demonstrated by strong expertise in either back-end or front-end development, ideally proficient in both.
- Language Skills: AC1 or higher level of English (non-negotiable).
- Industry Experience: Hands-on experience with distributed, high-volume products, handling at least 100 transactions per second or managing 1 million page views per month.
- Bonus Points: Experience with distributed architectures using messaging technologies such as Kafka and RabbitMQ, understanding of cloud-based infrastructure, and proficiency in modern DevOps practices.
