We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SuccessFactors Consultant to join our team at SD Worx Belgium. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for delivering medium-sized to large-scale SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations across a range of high-profile clients.
Key Responsibilities- Implementation Expertise: Implement innovative, robust, and future-proof SAP SuccessFactors solutions, ensuring seamless integration with clients' business processes.
- Client Guidance: Provide expert guidance to clients on SAP best practices and innovations, staying up-to-date with the SuccessFactors roadmap and other HR technologies.
- Process Walkthroughs: Facilitate client process walkthroughs to understand business processes and alignment with solution functionality.
- System Design and Configuration: Design and configure SuccessFactors systems based on HR best practices to ensure successful implementations.
- Training and Knowledge Transfer: Facilitate workshop and training sessions for client's key users, ensuring effective transfer of knowledge for ongoing support.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in implementing end-to-end SuccessFactors Employee Central implementations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality presentations to senior client stakeholders.
- Enthusiasm and proactiveness for learning and staying current with SAP's latest technology.
- A good understanding of HR processes and business operations.
- High level of English language proficiency; French or German language skills are a plus.
