We are a dynamic and passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and creating a unique shopping experience. As Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our Store Manager and contributing to the success of our store in Madrid.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Assist the Store Manager in the management and daily operation of the store
  • Deputise in the absence of the Store Manager
  • Understand and implement company procedures and directives
  • Ensure sales plans are achieved by supporting the store team and providing product knowledge
  • Mentor and provide feedback to sales staff to meet sales goals
  • Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of staff
  • Maintain outstanding store condition and company visual merchandising standards
  • Ensure deliveries are properly processed in a timely manner
