About the Role

Fever España is seeking a highly skilled Creative Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing creative marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Management: Manage creative marketing campaigns from conceptualization to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget execution.
  2. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver and request content and assets needed to execute campaigns successfully.
  3. Analysis: Analyze campaign results and identify opportunities for improvement, providing data-driven insights to inform future marketing strategies.
  4. Client Management: Lead on a portfolio of experiences, managing day-to-day communications with clients and partners to ensure successful campaign execution.
  5. Content Creation: Conduct regular meetings with clients and partners to gather material needed for campaign execution and inform them about project status.
  6. Pitch Presentations: Play a key role in pitch presentations, showcasing creative marketing strategies and campaigns to clients and partners.
  7. Team Development: Manage and train new account executives, providing guidance and support to ensure team success.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Creative Strategist who is passionate about digital marketing and social media. The ideal candidate will have:

  1. Relocation Experience: Be willing to relocate to Madrid, Spain.
  2. Language Skills: Be a bilingual Korean speaker and proficient in English.
  3. Industry Experience: Have 3+ years of experience in account management at creative agencies or similar.
  4. Content Creation: Have experience producing visual and written content for creative campaigns.
  5. Software Skills: Be proficient in using Adobe Creative Cloud.
  6. Analytical Skills: Possess analytical skills to analyze campaign results and identify opportunities for improvement.
  7. Proactivity: Be proactive and able to work in a highly demanding, fast-moving environment.
  8. Teamwork: Demonstrate a teamwork attitude and be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
