About Blu Selection
We are a dynamic and growing company in the human resources and recruitment industry, seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Administrator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a primary point of contact for candidates and clients, providing exceptional communication and support.
- Create, issue, and manage contracts, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Manage invoices and payslips, maintaining accurate financial records.
- Collaborate with various departments to address financial and legal issues, ensuring seamless operations.
- Communicate with clients regarding contracts, onboarding, and other general queries, providing clear and concise information.
- Assist candidates with any issues or concerns, providing timely and effective support.
Requirements
- Native-level fluency in French and English.
- Based in Barcelona, with a valid NIE and SSN.
- Relevant experience in administration and human resources.
- Ability to collaborate closely with different departments.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a high attention to detail.
