We are seeking a Compensation and Benefits Analyst to join our Shared Service Center focused on Labour Relations.
This position is based in our headquarters.
The role entails delivering efficient and high-quality service support in labor relations and compensation functions to the Corporate Areas. We are looking for a proactive individual who will participate in ongoing enhancement projects within the labor relations domain.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure accurate tracking and documentation of essential costs (bonus accruals, salary structures), serving as a primary contact for any inquiries or challenges that may arise.
• Assist in the development and execution of the global pay review and variable compensation processes, ensuring compliance with the reward governance framework.
• Manage the payroll processing cycle for a specific country or organization, depending on its size and complexity.
• Oversee payroll balances and controls from input to output (Source to Gross, Gross to Net).
• Provide payroll accounting support.
• Address complex payroll inquiries and escalations.
• Act as a liaison for stakeholders (Benefits, Compensation, Stock Options, HR Services, Local HR, Recruitment, Accounting, Treasury, and others).
• Engage in projects focused on process improvement.
Required Qualifications
Essential Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Spanish payroll. Proficient in both Spanish and English. Strong analytical abilities with a keen attention to detail. Familiarity with the Spanish Labor Code, Taxation, and Social Security System.Preferred Qualifications
In-depth knowledge of personal income tax legislation and labor law. Experience with SAP, PeopleSoft, Workday, and ADP software. Background in process transitions. Innovative mindset.Additional Information
