About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Refrigeration Systems Specialist to join our team. As a Refrigeration Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert support and guidance to drive safety, performance, and maintenance of refrigeration systems across our portfolio of sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Remote Monitoring: Utilizing advanced monitoring tools and software platforms to remotely monitor the performance and operational parameters of industrial refrigeration systems across multiple sites.
  • Alarm Management: Responding promptly to system alarms and alerts, investigating the root cause of any deviations from normal operating conditions.
  • Data Analysis: Analyzing data collected from monitoring systems to identify trends, anomalies, and potential issues with refrigeration system performance.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Working closely with on-site personnel to schedule preventive maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs for industrial refrigeration systems.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of system performance, maintenance activities, and troubleshooting efforts.
  • Maintenance Optimization: Collaborating with field teams to develop and implement best practices for preventive and predictive maintenance of refrigeration systems.
  • Technical Support: Serving as a technical resource for troubleshooting complex issues and conducting root cause analysis.
  • Continuous Improvement: Driving initiatives to enhance the reliability, efficiency, and sustainability of refrigeration systems.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensuring all maintenance activities comply with regulatory requirements and safety standards.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in refrigeration systems, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
