Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Services Executive to join our team at Chubb in Madrid. As a Client Services Executive, you will be responsible for providing exceptional account management services to our global clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management: Provide proactive and reactive account management services to our global clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
- Programme Issuance and Delivery: Ensure the timely and accurate issuance and delivery of policy documentation for renewal and new business, endorsements, and associated administrative tasks.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with underwriters, clients, brokers, and other external parties, becoming the main focal point for all service matters relating to their accounts.
- Business Development: Support Chubb's business development and client relationship activities, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Project Management: Assist with ongoing projects identified throughout the year for better improvement to the Global Services Department.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that Chubb's Service Standards are met and, if possible, exceeded in the implementation of global programmes.
Requirements:
- Language Skills: Native or advanced level in French or German, and professional language skills in English.
- Industry Experience: Working experience within the insurance industry is desirable, with previous experience of servicing multinational insurance projects preferred.
- Technical Skills: Competent in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with strong customer service skills and a customer-centric attitude.
- Soft Skills: Problem resolution and decision-making skills, with the ability to work in a team environment as well as on own initiative.

- Temporary Contract: 12-month temporary contract with potential of converting into a permanent one.
