Supply Chain Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Purchasing Officer to join our team at ZF in Corella, Spain.

• Develop and implement purchasing strategies aligned with the Domain Purchasing Manager.
• Manage frame contracts with suppliers to ensure business security.
• Evaluate supplier performance in terms of quality, price, technology, delivery, and project development.
• Conduct purchasing reporting and analysis as requested.
• Track delivery performance and support procurement activities for key suppliers.
• Provide strong support to FMG global plants to ensure optimal cost-effective balance of local and global sourcing options and negotiate for local and global demand.
• Implement NPI sourcing strategy and make sourcing decisions on time.
• Benchmark to find the best cost sourcing options to keep us competitive.
• Undertake any ad hoc duties as assigned.

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in the field of purchase and project management.
• Experience with MRP system will be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of purchase processes and project management.
• Experience in contract/price negotiations and sourcing.
• Experience with demand forecasting, planning, and procurement activities.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish languages.
• A good team player who is proactive, independent, and resourceful.
