Trigyn Technologies is seeking a qualified individual for the position of Red Team Lead (Data Security). This role involves significant responsibilities in enhancing the organization's cybersecurity posture.

Key Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in advancing the Global Cybersecurity Strategy, focusing on Information Security and Risk Management, which encompasses application security, data protection, threat assessment, vulnerability management, and compliance oversight.

1. Develop, execute, and oversee the Red Team operations and methodologies;
2. Establish and manage incident response protocols, including procedures, training, and documentation;
3. Elevate the maturity level of data security to a defined standard, regularly measuring and reporting progress through Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and metrics;
4. Contribute to the evaluation, consistent application, and compliance monitoring of organization-wide information security policies and guidelines;
5. Coordinate and support security audit initiatives and ensure follow-up on recommendations (including FISMA/NIST controls, ISO 27001);
6. Actively engage in the implementation of the Global Cybersecurity Strategy, including awareness initiatives and the organization of global workshops/webinars;
7. Monitor and assess information security controls, measuring outcomes and addressing emerging risks. Collect, develop, and organize evidence for security audits;
8. Conduct comprehensive threat, vulnerability, risk, and compliance evaluations;
9. Assist in investigations and audits;
10. Provide guidance on data security inquiries, including access and rotation;
11. Offer advisory support for decision-making processes related to information security matters;
12. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Educational Qualifications:


• A Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, mathematics, statistics, or a related field from an accredited institution with two years of relevant professional experience; or

• A university degree in the aforementioned fields with four years of relevant professional experience.

• Professional certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Chief Information Security Officer (CCISO), Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional (CSSLP), Certified Secure Web Application Engineer (CASE), Certified Secure Web Application Engineer (CSWAE), Governance, Risk, and Compliance Professional (GRCP), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), or similar credentials will be advantageous, along with cloud computing certifications from Azure and/or AWS.

• Additional certifications in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and Prince2 Foundation are beneficial.

Professional Experience:


• Extensive experience in establishing a cybersecurity offensive team (RED TEAM);

• Significant experience in compliance and risk management;

• Proven experience in developing and executing test cases and plans;

• Comprehensive experience in all facets of application/data security (definition, implementation, and validation);

• Substantial experience in simulating cyber threats and data breaches;

• Experience in formulating security strategies aligned with business objectives.

• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders;

• Proficient in English, both oral and written.
