**Job Description:**

**About the Role:**

  • We are seeking a skilled Appian Developer with a passion for creating innovative solutions using the Appian Low-Code Platform.
  • As a Senior Appian Developer, you will play a pivotal part in designing, developing, and administering Appian-based applications, contributing to the success of our projects and helping drive business process enhancements.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Appian Development:**
    • Utilize your extensive Appian experience to design, develop, and implement top-tier applications, process models, and interfaces using the Appian Low-Code Platform.
  • **Appian Administration:**
    • Manage on-premise Appian installations, ensuring their optimal performance, security, and reliability.
  • **Process Modeling:**
    • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into efficient and scalable process models.
  • **Integration:**
    • Work on integrating Appian with other systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
  • **Quality Assurance:**
    • Conduct rigorous testing and debugging of Appian applications to uphold the highest quality standards.
  • **Documentation:**
    • Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of design, development, and administration processes.
  • **Team Collaboration:**
    • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, architects, and other developers, to deliver end-to-end solutions.

**Qualifications:**

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in developing Appian projects.
  • Appian Certified Associate Developer certification is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of Appian's low-code development capabilities and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Appian on-premise installations administration.
  • Proven experience in building complex process models and user interfaces.
