Our Mission
As a key member of the Corporate Controlling Team, your main purpose will be to develop a Business Partnering model for the corporate areas under your responsibility. This will involve providing valuable financial insights and monitoring to support decision-making and ensure financial sustainability.
Responsibilities
- Implementation and continuous development of the business partnering model with the different areas of responsibility, establishing a recurring monitoring of business performance.
- Active contribution to the strategic initiative based on beyond budgeting, aimed at changing the organization's management model in an environment without a budget, developing elements such as targets, forecasting, and resource allocation models.
- Ownership of process creation thinking to guide the organization in a beyond budgeting environment.
- Corporate processes definition to guide the organization in a beyond budgeting environment and fostering a culture of financial sustainability decision-making.
- Elaboration at corporate level of the strategic planning process of the areas under responsibility, as well as the subsequent processes of validation and review.
- Monthly closing and analysis of the main impacts in order to build the reporting to the direct stakeholders and Management Committee members, as well as active participation in value decision-making.
- OPEX analysis and follow-up.
- Create management reports and develop control tools in an automated way.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams to integrate and align input data, solutions, and outcomes, formalizing and updating processes as necessary.
- Leadership and/or contribution in corporate projects and business cases and scenarios, both providing relevant information for the analysis and participating in the discussion forum and decision-making.
- Provide support in the analysis of possible M&A operations.
