The UCAM-SENS unit is seeking a highly skilled Postdoctoral Researcher with expertise in Electrochemistry focused on Sensing Devices. Our team is dedicated to advancing the field of electrochemical sensing and developing innovative solutions for real-world challenges.

About the Role

We are looking for a talented researcher with a strong background in electrochemistry and a passion for developing electroanalytical sensing devices. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and contribute to the development of new technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research in electrochemistry and electroanalytical sensing devices
  • Develop and implement new methods and techniques for sensing applications
  • Collaborate with the team to design and develop new projects
  • Contribute to the writing of research papers and presentations
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A PhD degree in Chemistry, Engineering Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Nanotechnology, or a related field
  • Experience in fundamental and applied electrochemistry
  • Excellent publication records and a strong track record of research
  • Advanced English language skills
