**About the Role**

Grupo Digital is seeking a highly skilled IT Solutions Architect to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for producing solution architecture for projects, taking end-to-end responsibility for ensuring designs are fit for purpose.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement solution architecture for projects, ensuring alignment with business strategies and goals.
  • Review and validate designs produced by engineering teams, providing guidance and patterns as needed.
  • Collaborate with the engineering community to deliver solutions primarily in an agile way.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements and are scalable.

**Requirements:**

  • 5+ years of experience in solution architecture, with a strong understanding of risk and control frameworks, policies, and standards.
  • Experience working within financial services, ideally within a corporate or commercial banking environment.
  • Proven experience in complex project management, with multiple stakeholders.
  • Broad technical knowledge, with a good understanding of integration patterns (APIs, Messaging).
  • Strong understanding of applying risk and control frameworks, policies, and standards to solution architecture.
  • (Optional) Strong understanding of Salesforce technical capabilities, including Financial Services Cloud.
  • (Optional) Proven track record of successfully managing Salesforce projects and driving user adoption.
