Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care, including administering dialysis treatments, monitoring patient vital signs, and providing emotional support to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Conduct patient assessments, identify patient needs, and develop individualized treatment plans to meet those needs.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families on dialysis treatment, medication management, and other aspects of renal care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure the highest level of patient care.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
- At least 1 year of experience in dialysis nursing or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
