We are seeking a skilled Visual Merchandiser to join our team at Swatch Group. As a key member of our Marketing and Brand Manager team, you will be responsible for ensuring the consistent implementation of our brand image across all distribution channels.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance product presentation in point-of-sale environments.
  • Collaborate with the Brand team to identify specific needs and develop action plans to apply in every point of sale.
  • Provide expert advice on merchandising and product display to ensure a cohesive brand image.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of IT, particularly MS Office applications and internet usage.
  • Availability to travel up to 70-80% of the time.
  • Permanent residence in Madrid Province is mandatory.
  • Valid driving license.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High-level graphic design software skills (Photoshop, Premier, Illustrator...).
  • 3D design and modeling skills (Sketchup) would be an asset.
  • High-level office user.
  • High-level English language proficiency.
  • Additional languages would be an asset.
