Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled C++ Realtime Engineer to join our data intake team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for incident management, operations, and programming of low latency market data applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incidents and operations, including 2nd and 3rd level support
  • Program low latency market data applications and APIs using C++
  • Improve test coverage and ensure data compliance and quality
  • Install and test software on QA and PROD systems
  • Participate in on-call support rotation in the DevOps team

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience with C++ 14/17/20, including design, profiling, performance tuning, STL, boost, template, and metaprogramming
  • Experience with API programming in C++, Java, and C# is a plus
  • Working knowledge of various IPC mechanisms, Linux fundamentals, shell scripting, Git/GitLab
  • Knowledge of Python and Ansible is a plus
  • Foundation in algorithms and data structures, financial market data, and low latency/high throughput systems knowledge is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
