Accounting Manager

Skydweller Aero Inc., a pioneering aerospace company, is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join its team. As a key member of the finance department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the company's financial management is accurate, efficient, and compliant with all relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Compile and analyze financial data, including liability, asset, and capital accounts.
- Prepare and summarize financial reports, including profit and loss statements, and other necessary documents.
- Comply with federal, state, and local protocols, including legal requirements, and interpret new and existing legislation.
- Implement and maintain a new audit system, including policies and procedures in the finance department.
- Contribute to the company's financial management, including account reconciliations and reporting to relevant parties.
- Ensure seamless functionality of Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience working with intercompany transactions and reconciliation in preparation for audit.
- 5+ years of functional experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Advanced written and spoken English.
- Ability to handle pressure and ambiguity without compromising quality of work.
