About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced System Administrator to join our team at Antal International Network. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT systems, ensuring high availability and security.

Key Responsibilities
  1. IT System Management: Manage and maintain our IT systems, including servers, networks, and storage devices.
  2. System Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance and conduct regular maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance.
  3. User Account Management: Configure and manage user accounts and workstations, maintaining an updated inventory.
  4. Software and Hardware Installation: Install, configure, and manage both software and hardware to ensure seamless operation.
  5. Troubleshooting and Support: Monitor and resolve technical issues locally and for other companies in the group.
  6. Security Measures: Ensure system security through access controls, backups, and firewalls.
  7. Infrastructure Design and Improvement: Analyze, design, and improve physical and virtual infrastructures to ensure high availability and security.
  8. Documentation and Policy Development: Develop and update technical documentation and IT policies.
  9. Staying Up-to-Date: Stay current with the latest trends and advancements in system technology.
Requirements
  1. Experience: A minimum of 3-4 years of experience as a System Administrator in complex environments, performing similar functions.
  2. Education: A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  3. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Microsoft systems, including Windows Server, Office 365, Active Directory, GPO, and antivirus platforms.
  4. Hardware Experience: Experience with hardware, including network infrastructure, servers, and Meraki firewalls.
  5. Cloud Infrastructure: Experience with cloud infrastructures, mainly Azure.
  6. Virtualization: Knowledge of virtualization in Hyper-V environments.
  7. Language Skills: Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
  8. Teamwork: Strong teamwork skills.
  9. Travel: Willingness to travel.
Desirable Skills
  1. Microsoft SQL: Knowledge of Microsoft SQL.
  2. ERP Systems: Experience with ERP systems, including Microsoft Business Central NAV and Epicor ERP.
  3. Power BI: Experience with Power BI.
  4. Ticket Management: Experience with ticket management systems, such as Kaseya VSA.
