Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic planning: responsible for production planning and programming, generating manufacturing plans.
2. Resource management: controlling the availability of raw materials and finished products, ensuring efficient procurement.
3. Interdepartmental communication: collaborating closely with other departments, such as production, for seamless execution.
4. Continuous optimization: implementing and evolving processes to maximize production and productivity.
5. Risk management: identifying and managing risks and opportunities associated with the planning process.
Requirements:
1. Education and experience: degree in Industrial Engineering or similar field with 2-3 years of experience in planning in industrial environments.
2. Technical knowledge: experience with production planning and control software.
3. Personal skills: responsible, committed, honest, and methodical person, oriented to results and continuous improvement.
