Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Loan Administration Specialist to join our team at Reconocida Empresa. As an Assistant Vice President, you will play a key role in the administration of syndicated loans, working closely with our clients and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Managers and Senior Managers in closing deals, ensuring timely and accurate completion of loan transactions.
  • Administer and bookkeep transactions, setting interest periods and reference interest rates as required.
  • Manage client responsibilities, ensuring effective communication and adherence to agreed deadlines.
  • Calculate settlements and amounts to be paid by borrowers and lenders, in accordance with loan agreements.
  • Manage Loan Administration for various jurisdictions, including UK, NY, Japan, and other regions as needed.
  • Coordinate and manage communications with borrowers, lenders, and Loan Admin departments, as per financing agreements.
  • Participate in meetings and conference calls to ensure day-to-day management of the Agency.
  • Execute instructions for payment of interest and principal from borrowers to lenders on each payment date.
  • Provide training and direct support to different jurisdictions, as required.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to develop in-house software.
  • Manage and coordinate Syndicated Guarantees Facilities and Factoring Facilities.
  • Monitor and control compliance by borrowers with obligations and milestones set forth in financing agreements.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in the banking/financial/legal advisory sector.
  • Experience in banking sector is an asset.
  • Excellent work attitude, quick learner, and proficient team player.
  • Experience in Syndicated Loans Administration, ideally in agency management, is an asset.
  • Knowledge of LMA contracts, loan settlements, and management of participations is desirable.
  • Experience with Intralinks/Debtdomain or similar loans communication tools is an advantage.
  • Fluent English is a must; fluent French and/or German is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and professionalism.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks accordingly.
  • Ability to take initiative.
  • Strong work ethic, proactive approach, and can-do mindset.
