Solutions Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Analyst to join our team at Clarivate. As a Solutions Analyst, you will play a critical role in helping us construct and execute a vision for our Content processing systems.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and improve business processes within the organization.
- Understand client requirements and specify and analyze them to ensure clarity of definition.
- Collect, write formal specifications, and communicate business requirements between development and client to design and implement business solutions.
- Use a structured change management process to shepherd projects from requirements gathering through design, testing, implementation, client transition, and ongoing systems maintenance.
- Provide business process and systems analysis, requirements specifications, and consult on development and testing management for implementing technology-based editorial business solutions.
- Responsible for modeling and analyzing client and system processes to identify opportunities for technological improvements, process synergies, and business efficiencies.
- Responsible for generating systems documentation for operational support and end-user information. Conducts operational and end-user training and support transitions of operational support to client.
- Ensures change management and communication of change is done in a systematic way for projects where initial requirements may evolve during the lifecycle of the project.
- Develops relationships with clients by being proactive, displaying a thorough understanding of their business, and providing innovative business solutions.
Our Clarivate team of Solutions analysts acts as the nerve center of our development/delivery teams supporting Academia and Government segment. The team consists of 15 exceptionally talented and dedicated Solution Analysts located in India, Spain, UK, and US, all reporting into our Director Solutions Analysis based in US.
