About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Application Engineer - Business Intelligence to join our team at Hexagon. As a key member of our global IT team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support for our business applications and IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Maintain Business Intelligence Applications: Design, develop, and implement global BI applications using SAP BW and SAP Analytics Cloud/SAC, including project management, concept creation, implementation, and rollout.
  2. Support and Enhance Existing BI Applications: Maintain and enhance our existing SAP BI applications, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our business.
  3. Consult and Support Customers: Provide expert consulting and support to our customers on data analysis, including corporate structures, processes, and technology.
  4. Participate in International Projects: Collaborate with global teams to deliver high-impact projects that drive business growth and innovation.
Requirements
  1. Education and Experience: Completed studies in business and/or IT (FH, Uni) or a comparable education, with several years of experience in SAP BW and SAP Analytics Cloud/SAC.
  2. Business Acumen and Project Experience: Proven business knowledge and experience in project work, with a strong understanding of analytics platforms.
  3. Communication and Collaboration: Excellent English skills, with German skills an advantage, and the ability to contribute knowledge to develop new solutions.
