Head Chef Opportunity at Authentic Mexican Restaurant in Madrid

We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team in creating exceptional Mexican-inspired dishes. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for developing and executing creative menus, leading and mentoring kitchen staff, and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute innovative and authentic Mexican-inspired menus
  • Lead and mentor a team of kitchen staff to ensure efficient and smooth operations
  • Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to maintain high standards
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to optimize kitchen efficiency
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment in compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Head Chef with a strong passion for Mexican cuisine
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus
