Financial Data and Process Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Data and Process Analyst to join our Finance Center of Excellence Team within our Global Accounting Organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing financial data, processes, and systems to ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform ongoing operational activities, including month-end, year-end close, and new year startup.
  • Maintain finance master data with the highest level of data accuracy and integrity.
  • Provide guidance to finance personnel on SAP Finance functionality and work processes.
  • Act as a Power User/Subject Matter Expert for SAP Finance Area (ERP and Reporting Applications).
  • Participate in projects such as business integrations, divestitures, organization restructuring, EMOC, and automation/improvement projects.

Requirements:

  • College degree in Accounting or similar function.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Finance organization.
  • Understanding of financial systems and tools, data flows, processes, and reporting capabilities (e.g. SAP, Business Warehouse, Qlik Sense, Excel, VBA).
  • Strong oral and written English language communications skills.
  • A self-starter who is organized and has the initiative to prioritize multiple projects with strict deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently as well as a part of a cross-functional team.
