Funciones del Puesto

  • Dirigir el diseño, implementación y mantenimiento de una infraestructura sólida y escalable en la nube mediante AWS/Azure/GCP.
  • Diseñar y gestionar procesos CI/CD altamente eficientes y automatizados para garantizar la fluidez y fiabilidad de los lanzamientos de software.
  • Asesorar y proporcionar orientación técnica a los miembros del equipo, promoviendo el desarrollo de habilidades y el intercambio de conocimientos.
  • Identificar oportunidades de mejora y automatización de procesos.
  • Tomar decisiones críticas con respecto a la arquitectura del sistema, la selección de herramientas y la adopción de tecnología para mejorar la eficiencia general.
  • Apllicar las mejores prácticas de seguridad, supervisión, registro y recuperación en caso de catástrofe para garantizar la integridad de nuestros sistemas.
  • Solucionar problemas técnicos complejos relacionados con la infraestructura, las implantaciones y el rendimiento.
  • Realizar evaluaciones de rendimiento de la infraestructura y optimizarla para lograr una alta disponibilidad y rentabilidad.
  • Desarrollar y mantener marcos de pruebas automatizadas para garantizar la calidad del código y la funcionalidad de las aplicaciones.

Requisitos del Candidato

  • Licenciatura en Informática, Ingeniería o campo relacionado (o experiencia equivalente).
  • Un mínimo de 5 años de experiencia como ingeniero de DevOps o en un puesto similar, con especial atención a la infraestructura basada en la nube y la automatización de CI/CD.
  • Dominio de al menos un lenguaje de programación (por ejemplo, Python, Go, Ruby, Bash) y fuertes habilidades de scripting.
  • Amplia experiencia con plataformas en la nube como AWS, Azure o Google Cloud, y servicios relacionados (EC2, S3, RDS, etc.).
  • Experiencia demostrada en la implementación y gestión de procesos CI/CD utilizando herramientas como Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD o CircleCI.
  • Sólidos conocimientos de tecnologías de contenerización (Docker, Kubernetes) y orquestación de contenedores.
  • Conocimiento profundo de herramientas de Infraestructura como Código (IaC) como Terraform.
