Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily operations and credit transfers to ensure seamless financial transactions.
- Handle vendor invoicing for customer marketing activities, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
- Monitor bot performance and adapt to customer needs, providing exceptional service and support.
- Proactively resolve aged receivables, minimizing financial risks and maximizing revenue.
- Reconcile P&L monthly, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance.
- Review customer credits and assess P&L impact, making informed decisions to drive business growth.
- Support GL reconciliations and MJE documentation, maintaining accurate financial records.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills within a finance environment.
- Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to explain financial matters to non-finance staff.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to handle live issues effectively.
- Engage with business and vendors with a commercial approach, driving business growth and revenue.
- Experience in Accounts Receivables or General Finance, with a strong understanding of financial operations.
- Microsoft Office experience, with intermediate level Excel skills and above.
- Experience of SAP desired, but not required.
