About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to lead the development of our AI-powered learning solutions. As a key member of our Learning tribe, you will be responsible for delivering against our AI strategic plan and creating a Tutor-led, AI-assisted learning experience that drives engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the strategy for our AI-powered self-learning solutions, collaborating with designers, education experts, and data scientists to create high-quality, mobile-first personalized learning experiences.
  • Ensure a high level of engagement by incorporating proven and relevant gamification elements, leveraging GenAI technologies to design learning tools that cater to specific learning objectives.
  • Build empathy for our tutors and learners by understanding their deepest problems and needs, and utilize motivation hooks and gamification tactics to ensure learners are engaged and excited about the ongoing experience.
  • Own features end-to-end, including defining product requirements, driving execution, making thoughtful product decisions, and sharing insights and results throughout the company.
  • Analyze and make nuanced use of data to evaluate the business impact of new features and experiences, inspiring the team with a vision and working cross-functionally to bring the product to life.
Requirements
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset and demonstrated ability to thrive in a startup environment.
  • Substantial experience building consumer-facing, mobile-first products that have ongoing and frequent use, with a keen eye for design and desire to create lovable experiences.
  • Appreciation for building deep customer empathy as a critical lever to guiding product strategy, with strong analytical abilities demonstrated by understanding and appreciation of data.
  • Experience building a product in a fast-paced, and rapid growth environment, with ability to support multiple initiatives at different phases of development.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, and experience in being a hands-on leader to drive results both through direct product development and through strong end-to-end thinking and execution.
