Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Site Manager to join our Global Clinical Operations team at Importante empresa. As a Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of clinical trials at our sites, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary local contact for assigned sites, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with site staff and stakeholders.
- Participate in site feasibility and pre-trial site assessment visits to ensure site readiness and feasibility.
- Execute site initiation and start-up activities, including preparation and conduct of site monitoring, site management, and site/study close-out, in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs), and policies.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in clinical operations, with experience in managing clinical trials and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with site staff, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
