About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager to join our team at Brainboxgroup. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in coordinating the tax efforts of our group of companies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate tax initiatives for the company, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Stay up-to-date with tax regulations affecting our business and implement changes as necessary.
  • Recommend and engage tax advisors for each location, ensuring the best possible outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain a corporate tax structure for the group, minimizing tax liabilities.
  • Support the finance team in preparing accurate invoice templates and ensure compliance with tax laws.
  • Collaborate with the product team to ensure accurate tax calculations and display on our website.
  • Develop and maintain internal reports to provide visibility into tax activities.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in tax management, preferably in a big 4 accounting firm and in-house finance department.
  • Experience in processing taxes in multiple countries and coordinating tax firms.
  • Strong analytical mindset, data-driven decision making, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, influencing at different levels, and ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Clear track record of promotions and strong references from managers and peers.
